Headed down for my dental appointment. My dentist helped me to adjust my retainer, making it tighter. Now i can no longer use my tongue and remove my retainer, I'll need to use more strength to pull them off.


As i was waiting for my turn to be called,I picked up Reader Digest to read. I still remember last time when i was in secondary 1, our school made us order Reader Digest to read. At that point of time, i really find that magazine not suitable for teens like me.

When i read the magazine just now, the content in the book makes me wanna keep reading it. And so, i decided to get myself a Reader Digest!


The due for my project submission is this coming Friday, i have no confident in completing my part.
