Went down to collect my retainer. I feel so uncomfortable now, it like having a piece of meat in your mouth and u can't swallow it down. I think time will help me to adapt to this. Doctor told me , i need to go back for checkup after 3 month.
This retainer thing is really irritating. It make me speak like some idiot and make my teeth hurt.
